PURPOSE: A deck plate structure and a method of constructing a deck plate are provided to ensure light weight by remarkably decreasing the amount of placed concrete maintaining stability and firmness. CONSTITUTION: A deck plate structure comprises a bottom plate(100), a plurality of truss girders(200), connecting rebar(300), an embedding member(400), and a fixing unit(500). The bottom plate is formed in a certain size. The truss girders are fixed on the bottom plate at a constant interval. The connecting rebar is extended to be orthogonal to the truss girder and is fixed. The embedding unit is fixed onto the connecting rebar. The fixing unit fixes the embedding unit.
