PURPOSE: A junction box and a solar module therewith are provided to improve the production of the solar module and to improve work convenience by directly assembling the junction box. CONSTITUTION: A junction box comprises a main body unit(110), multiple bending terminals(130), and shields(111). The bending terminals are formed in the perforated parts of the main body unit and have bent sections welded with ribbons(5,9). The ribbons are arranged on a module body of a solar module. The shields are protruded from the perforated parts of the main body unit. |
