摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of stir-fried rice cake(tteokbokki) using pizza sauce, cheese, and curry is provided to improve the taste and the nutrition of the stir-fried rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of stir-fried rice cake(tteokbokki) using pizza sauce, cheese, and curry comprises the following steps: mixing stock, red pepper paste, black sugar, cheongyang red pepper powder, sea tangle, starch syrup, onion, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, spring onion, and curry powder to obtain a stir-fried rice cake seasoning sauce comprising curry; mixing 100 parts of rice cake by weight with 30-80 parts of stir-fried rice cake seasoning sauce comprising curry by weight, and heating the mixture for 10-50 minutes; spreading onion, sliced ham, canned corn, paprika, and pizza cheese over the obtained curry stir-fried rice cake; and cooking the curry stir-fried rice cake with the other ingredients in an oven.
