PURPOSE: A hollow fine needle capable of facilitating mass production and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate injection molding and to reduce failure rate. CONSTITUTION: A hollow fine needle comprises: a half substrate unit(110); and one or a plurality of half minute needle units(120) in which a point is perpendicularly projected from the substrate and a groove for a flow path is formed to the bottom of the half substrate from the point. In the half minute needle unit, the width gradually becomes narrow to the point from the substrate unit.
