PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve luminous efficiency by trapping and vibrating the light emitted in an organic light emitting layer in a space between a pixel electrode and a common electrode. CONSTITUTION: A buffer layer(11) is formed on a base substrate(10). A polycrystalline silicon film is formed on the buffer layer. A switching conductive layer(31), a drive semiconductor layer(41), and a dummy pattern layer(12) are simultaneously formed by patterning a polycrystalline silicon film with a lithographical process using a first pattern mask. A gate insulating layer is formed on the switching conductive layer, the drive semiconductor layer, and the dummy pattern layer. A pixel electrode(61) is made of a metal mirror multi-layered film on the gate insulating layer.
