PURPOSE: A payment device using a personal terminal is provided to guide a method for receiving the best benefit from a franchise through cards of a personal terminal. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of credit cards which is available for credit payment is registered in a USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module)(230). A payment processing unit(220) selects one credit card by a preferred payment unit through an answering procedure with a payment terminal which is installed in a member store among the registered credit cards. The payment processing unit performs payment procedure with the payment terminal by the selected preferred payment unit.
