PURPOSE: A water-cycle apparatus and a water-cycle using the same are provided to reassemble a normal bicycle into the water-cycle without a separate tool. CONSTITUTION: A water-cycle apparatus includes a bicycle attachment/detachment fixing device, a steering key module, a 3-fold pedal attachment/detachment device, a 3-fold pedal, and a 3-fold pedal crank operation device. The bicycle attachment/detachment fixing device includes a downtube fixing device(300A) and a chain stay fixing device(300B). The steering key module includes a shock absorber in which all bicycle wheels are connected. The 3-fold pedal attachment/detachment device includes a horizontal protrusion hinge bracket(40a), a horizontal protrusion hinge bracket, a downward protrusion hinge bracket(50a), and a downward protrusion hinge bracket. An upper pipe(60a) hinge-combined in a fixed axis point is detachably installed in each horizontal protrusion hinge bracket. An LM(Linear Motion) shaft(2) is assembled in the upper end part of the upper pipe. A lower pipe hinge-combined in a fixed axis point is detachably installed in each downward protrusion hinge bracket. A middle link with a fixed length is hinge-combined between the hinge-combined lower pipe and upper pipe.
