PURPOSE: A finger trap prevention device for a door is provided to prevent finger trap between a door and a door frame in case of unintended closing of the door. CONSTITUTION: A finger trap prevention device for a door comprises a blocking member(10), a main body(20), a blocking member moving unit, a housing(40), and a latch combined support member(50). The blocking member protrudes to contact a latch before a door with the latch contacts a door frame. The main body accommodates the blocking member. The blocking member moving unit is installed in the main body and moves the blocking member to a latch contact position. The housing is covered on the top of the main body to protect the main body and the blocking member moving unit. The latch-combined support member includes a fixture having a fixing groove(51) corresponding to the latch and a support member for fixing the housing and the main body. |
