SILVER PASTE COMPOSITION FOR A BACK ELECTRODE OF SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A silver paste composition for the surface electrode of a solar cell back is provided to improve the efficiency of the solar cell by minimizing the resistance of an electrode wiring by improving adhesion to a silicon substrate. CONSTITUTION: A silver paste composition includes a 65-75 weight% of 0.3μm-1.5μm Ag(Silver) powder. The silver paste composition includes a 0.01-10 weight% of a ZnO(Zinc Oxide) group or a V2O3(Vanadium dioxide) group glass frit. An organic vehicle solution is included in the paste composition with the 20-34.8 weight% of a total weight of the composition. A dispersing agent is included in the organic vehicle solution with a 1-10 weight% of a total weight. The paste composition includes a compound which includes a group III element or a group III element.
