PURPOSE: A tire tread rubber composition is provided to minimize hysteresis and to reduce the heat loss of the rubber composition through the use of filler in which a bound rubber is formed as reinforcing filler. CONSTITUTION: A tire tread rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a base rubber and 5~85 parts by weight of filler in which a bound rubber is formed as reinforcing filler. A method for preparing a FBR(Filler with Bound-Rubber). A method for preparing the tire tread rubber composition comprises the steps of: mixing 100 parts by weight of a rubber with 10~150 parts by weight of carbon black and forming the resultant to a sheet having the thickness of 1~5mm; cutting the sheet, dipping in toluene, and eluting a rubber phase region in toluene as a solvent; sieving the resultant and drying the sieved component in a vacuum oven.
