PURPOSE: A method for detecting viral genomes from a vaccine solution containing inactivated virus is provided to study pathogenic virus. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating virus nucleic acids from a virus vaccine comprises: a step of isolating the virus nucleic acid from the virus vaccine; and a step of detecting isolated virus nucleic acid. The virus is inactive. The method for isolating specific virus from virus vaccine comprises: a step of isolating virus nucleic acids from the virus vaccine; a step of preparing complementary nucleic acid to the isolated virus nucleic acid; and a step of isolating the specific virus using the complementary nucleic acid.
