PURPOSE: An unmanned public bicycle rental system is provided to rent or return a bicycle using a user card, thereby enabling customers to safely and simply rent bicycles. CONSTITUTION: One or more bicycle holders are included in an unmanned public bicycle rental system. The bicycle holder clears or holds a bicycle according to user card information transmitted from a user card. The bicycle holder comprises a post, a body, a user card reader(14), and a control part(17). The post is installed in the ground. The body is supported by the post and comprises a lock module combining part. The lock module combining part is cleared or held a lock module equipped in the bicycle using an electromagnet. The user card reader is installed in the outer surface of the body and communicates with the user card. The control part controls the lock module combining part using the user card information inputted from the user card reader. |
