PURPOSE: A hydrogen generator is provided to divide and discharge the water and supply the pure hydrogen gas by cooling the steam using a second thermoelectric cooler. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen generator comprises a supplying pipe(2a), a timer, a trap(3d), a one corrugated removing device, a trap, a booster pump(4), an thermoelectric cooler(5), a hydrogen gas tank(6) and a burner(7). The trap is installed in the supply officer(3k) passing through the bulk electrolytic cell tank(2) inside. The booster pump comprises a supply pipe(4a). The thermoelectric cooler comprises a thermoelectric element semiconductor, a trap for the drained water exhaustion and a supply pipe. The hydrogen gas tank comprises a timer, a solenoid valve(6b), a regulator(6c) and a burner. The burner is installed in the supply pipe(7a) for the gas supply.
