PURPOSE: A remote handling apparatus of a nuclear fuel assembly frame is provided to help a user to cut a desired part by rotating the nuclear fuel assembly frame. CONSTITUTION: In a remote handling apparatus of a nuclear fuel assembly frame, the nuclear fuel assembly frame is installed in a frame(10). A rotation unit rotates the nuclear fuel assembly frame which is installed in the frame. The power transmission unit is used to drive the rotary unit. An assembly frame fixing unit fixes the nuclear fuel assembly frame in a cutting process of the nuclear fuel assembly frame. A rotation stopper prevent the rotation of the nuclear fuel assembly frame. The frame includes a basket(11) receiving the nuclear fuel assembly frame and a plurality of legs. The frame comprises the basket and a plurality of legs accepting the nuclear fuel assembly frame.
