PURPOSE: An operation method of an image display device is provided to generate health management information by obtaining at either an image signal or a biometric signal of a user. CONSTITUTION: A video display device obtains either an image information and a biometric information of a user through an image photographing unit and a body information sensing unit(S510). Based on the obtained information, a control unit generates health management information(S520). The control unit displays an object corresponding to the generated health management information through a display unit(S530).
