PURPOSE: A hinge apparatus for a chemical pulp filter is provided to prevent a band from being moved or gotten out from a body with vibration which is generated in rotation by arranging a friction pad between the band and the body. CONSTITUTION: A connecting unit is formed in the both end parts of a band(20) which consists of a metal. A bracket body(30) consists of a fixed panel(31) and a backer panel(32) which are fixed to the band. An interval between the fixed panel and the backer panel is formed to be wider than the thickness of a rotary bracket(50). A pair of groove units is formed in the one side of a cover fixture(60). An interval maintaining member(70) is arranged between a support panel and the fixed bracket.
