PURPOSE: A melted-resin injection device for an injection mold for large products is provided to minimize damages to a valve pin when resin remaining on the end of the valve pin is hardened by the cooling of a mold. CONSTITUTION: A melted-resin injection device for an injection mold(10) for large products comprises manifold, at least one valve injection nozzle(20), a valve pin, and a varying heater. Hot melted-resin injected from the injection device moves in at least one runner of the manifold. The runner(22) of the valve injection nozzle corresponds to the manifold runner. The melted resin from the lower end of a nozzle tip(23) is injected through the gate of the injection mold. The valve pin passes vertically through the manifold and vertically lifts through the injection nozzle runner. The valve pin opens/closes the gate of the injection mold.
