PURPOSE: A 4D image recognition processor is provided to improve the recognition ability of a human by combining an image record apparatus with a human body. CONSTITUTION: A central vision reference video signal reception unit(91) receives a central vision reference video signal. The central vision reference video signal reception unit creates 2D images. A video information integration unit(92) creates 3D images by analyzing information combination, overlapping, and stereo vision information. A time progress reference information change record unit(93) creates 4D images by analyzing movement information, central vision target change according to time. A time progress reference information processing and storage unit(94) adds weights according to the frequency of the video.
