PURPOSE: An LED driver circuit for a backlight, method thereof, and backlight driving apparatus are provided to stabilize the duty of a PWM signal by counting the duty of the PWM signal. CONSTITUTION: A filtering unit removes a nose by inputting a PWM signal. A duty stabilizing unit stabilizes the duty of the PWM signal filtered through the filtering unit. A dimming signal generating unit generates the dimming signal through the duty stabilizing unit based on the stabilized PWM signal. An LED for backlight(400) is driven by an LED driving unit.
