PURPOSE: An electrode terminal assembly for a secondary battery is provided to improve an adhesive property between an internal electrode coupled to the electrode tab of an electrode plate and an external electrode equipped to the outside of an outer case and to prevent the outflow of electrolyte within the outer case. CONSTITUTION: An electrode terminal assembly for a secondary battery comprises: an electrode plate in which an electrode tab(12) protruding from one end thereof, wherein the electrode plate is positioned inside an outer case; an external terminal(200) installed to the outside of the outer case; and a terminal(500) in which one side is electrically connected to the electrode tab and the other side penetrates the outer case and is electrically connected to the external terminal.
