<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated guided vehicle enabling the cooling efficiency of control panels to be increased. <P>SOLUTION: This automated guided vehicle 1 includes a vehicle body 2 and two front wheels 3 and two rear wheels 4. A front cover member 11 having a front cover is attached to the front part of the vehicle body 2. A plurality of air supply holes for supplying air to the inside of the vehicle body 2 are formed in the front cover. A rear cover member 15 having a rear cover is attached to the rear part of the vehicle body 2. A plurality of air discharge holes for discharging air from the inside of the vehicle body 2 are formed in the rear cover. An engine unit 22 including an engine and a generator, and two control panels 23 for controlling traveling motors 19, turning motors 21, the engine unit 22 and others are mounted on the vehicle body 2. The control panels 23 are disposed on both right and left sides of the engine unit 22, respectively.
