<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device allowing saving labor for manufacturing balanced and precise reinforcement cages. <P>SOLUTION: A device used for manufacturing a reinforcement cage by connecting multiple annular steel bars and straight steel bars, comprises: a fixed holding plate having a series of steps that is connected with an upward portion of a base through an appropriate support member; a movable holding plate that is arranged with a designated distance from and parallel to the fixed holding plate with both the plates at the same level, with steps of the movable holding plate opposing the steps of the fixed holding plate; a center holding plate with a series of steps facing upward that is arranged at a lower position than the both holding plates in the spacing between the both holding plates; means provided for each of the movable holding plate and the center holding plate for varying the distance therefrom to the fixed holding plate; a lifting unit having a driving source; and an arm that is fixedly attached to the lifting unit and goes up and down in the connection space between the respective holding plates. With this configuration, multiple annular steel bars are erected between the steps of the respective holding plates, and straight steel bars are placed on the arm, then arm is moved up and down so that the straight steel bars and the annular steel bars are placed on given positions, thereby facilitating fixing and connecting of steel bars. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
