LOW ACTIVITY COMPOUNDS FOR VACUUM INSULATOR PANEL, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND ABSORBER DEVICE

PURPOSE: A low activation composition for vacuum insulator panels is provided to enable mass production and to obtain the powder uniformly coated on the surface thereof, having a nano powder particle size, uniform granularity, and high specific surface area. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a low activation composition for vacuum insulator panels comprises the steps of: (i) preparing transition metal powder sludge by adding a transition metal aqueous solution containing a dispersant; (ii) preparing a catalyst compound solution by dissolving a catalyst compound including metal elements constituting Group 8-11 in water; (iii) preparing a mixed solution by mixing the transition metal powder sludge with the catalyst compound and adding an reducing agent in the compound solution; (iv) treating the transition metal/catalyst powder with inorganic acids; and (v) heat-treating the transition metal/catalyst powder treated with inorganic acids.
