PURPOSE: A window installation structure of a ship is provided to reduce damage to coating of a hull by bonding or screwing brackets to the hull and windows and to maintain uniform thickness of the hull surface when coupling the brackets with the windows. CONSTITUTION: A window installation structure of a ship comprises a hull having an opening, a window(20) which is installed in the opening to open or close the opening, and a bracket which fixes the window to the hull, wherein one end of the bracket is screwed or bonded to the hull while the other end is screwed or bonded to the window.
