<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system for a server chamber capable of efficiently cooling a server, having excellent maintainability and space efficiency and capable of easily responding to extension and renewal. <P>SOLUTION: A floor of the server chamber 2 is formed to have a double floor structure including a double floor space 5 by an upper layer floor 3 and a lower layer floor 4, and the upper floor layer 3 is constituted by a grating enabling ventilation. A large number of server racks 1 are arranged on the upper layer floor 3 to interpose a cold air supply zone 6 and juxtaposed in two lines on both sides of the cold air supply zone 6, so as to set one module as a server rack group M. Unit type air conditioners 7 (7A, 7B) can be installed within the double floor space 5 immediately below the cold air supply zone 6 and in a ceiling part of the server chamber 2 immediately above the cold air supply zone 6 in the one module as the server rack group M, respectively. The number of the unit type air conditioners 7 (7A, 7B) installed can be increased/decreased in accordance with a cooling load of the one module as the server rack group M. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
