<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handcart device with a seat that facilitates an operator to fold it. <P>SOLUTION: The handcart device 1 with the seat includes wheels, a seat unit 40, a handle 30, and frames supporting the wheels, the seat unit and the handle. Out of each frame, one end 21a of a leg frame and one end 22a of a handle frame are journaled to each other via a connection 23. The leg frame and the handle frame are movable around the connection in the direction of mutual separation and approach. A relative position restricting frame 27 for restricting the position of the leg frame relative to the handle frame is arranged between the leg frame and the handle frame.
