<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examined part conveying apparatus and a conveying method, the apparatus which can convey minute examined parts such as a micro screw of an axis diameter equal to or less than 2 mm, which is difficult in examination in an infinite end wire, in image processing inspection, and in which rational using is attainable just as the infinite end wire is used. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of winding reels 2 in which, when a conveying wire 1 of a reel forwarding side is wound by winding side, a rotation direction of the reel is reversed, and the conveying wire is wound back, is provided. A conveying device 10 is composed of a conveying way 3 deriving two conveying wires 1 forwarded from each winding reel 2. The conveying device 10 is installed in an reverse machine 20 in a horizontal direction reversing it by 180 degrees. When the reverse machine 20 is reversed, the examined part P is conveyed by the conveying wire 1 which is wound back by reversing of the winding reel 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
