<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stronger connector that can reduce cost by decreasing the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: A housing body 10 has terminal locking lances 13 which serve to temporarily lock a terminal housing chamber and terminals accommodated in the terminal housing chamber. An outer cover 20 has a front part 21 which covers the tip side in the longitudinal direction Y1 of the housing body 10, a spacer part which is mounted to the housing body 10 to properly lock the terminals, right and left side covers 22 which cover the right and left sides 16 of the housing body 10, and a pair of lock protection walls 25 provided in the longitudinal direction Y1 to hold a locking arm 23 for locking the other connector housing between them. The housing body 10 has flexible locking arms 19 which protrude along the lock protection walls 25. Locking means is provided for the flexible locking arms 19 on the side of the lock protection walls 25 and for the lock protection walls 25 on the side of the flexible locking arms 19 in order to lock the housing body 10 and the outer cover 20 at the temporary locking position and the proper locking position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
