<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact headlight for vehicle which forms a variety of light distribution patterns. <P>SOLUTION: The headlight for vehicle 1 is provided with laser devices 32, 32, MEMS mirrors 33, 33 which reflect light emitted from the laser devices 32, 32 and can be tilted two-dimensionally, a phosphor panel 34 which carries a phosphor 342 that receives the light reflected by the MEMS mirrors 33, 33 and emits white light, a projection lens 40 which projects the white light emitted from the phosphor panel 34 toward the front of the vehicle, and a control part 7 which controls lighting intensity of the laser devices 32, 32 and tilting angle and tilting direction of the MEMS mirrors 33, 33, and scans the light emitted from the laser devices 32, 32 and reflected by the MEMS mirrors 33, 33 by a prescribed scanning pattern on the phosphor panel 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
