<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter separation method and a separation apparatus for shortening the time required for separation by preventing deterioration in performance of separation liquid by maintaining the temperature of the separation liquid. <P>SOLUTION: A separation process is started by heating rinse liquid and maintaining the temperature of a color filter to be the same as the temperature of the separation liquid for a resin layer 1, the separation process is started by heating the rinse liquid and maintaining the temperature of the color filter to be the same as the temperature of the separation liquid of a transparent conductive film, the separation process is started by maintaining the temperature of the color filter to be the same as the temperature of the separation liquid for a resin layer 2. The color filter separation apparatus is provided with a function: to heat the rinse liquid and maintain the temperature of the color filter to be the same as the temperature of the separation liquid in a separation process tank 1, to heat the rinse liquid and maintain the temperature of the color filter to be the same as the temperature of the separation liquid in a separation process tank 2, to heat the rinse liquid and maintain the temperature of the color filter to the same as the temperature of the separation liquid in a separation process tank 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
