<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm system, an alarm controller, and an alarm control program excellent in operability and workability by eliminating a work for taking correlation between an output voltage value and a distance. <P>SOLUTION: The alarm controller 19 includes a signal measurement part 191 which measures a first signal value to be output from a first sensor which detects an object existing in the back of a dangerous area where an involvement accident occurs. In addition, the alarm controller 19 includes the object detection part 192 which detects approach of an object to the first sensor when the first signal value measured this time is larger than the first signal value measured in the previous time for a predetermined value irrespective of size of the first measured signal value.
