<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-side inner illuminating type signboard with a high-luminance LED which enables more uniform illumination of an advertisement while suppressing an increase in thickness of the signboard. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of bars 30 are arranged on the signboard with a space k allowing light to be passed between a front and a back face of a casing 1. Some of the bars 30 are front-face irradiation bars which point an arrangement surface of the high-luminance LED 32 to the front face of the casing. The other bars 30 are back-face irradiation bars which point an arrangement surface of the high-luminance LED 32 to the back face of the casing. The irradiation bars are arranged in substantially parallel. The arrangement surface of the high-luminance LED 32 of the front-face irradiation bars is closer to the back face of the signboard than the adjacent arrangement surface of the high-luminance LED 32 of the back-face irradiation bars in the front-back direction of the signboard. The arrangement surface of the high-luminance LED 32 of the back-face irradiation bars is closer to the front face of the signboard than the adjacent arrangement surface of the high-luminance LED 32 of the front-face irradiation bars in the front-back direction of the signboard.
