PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a flow charge diagnosis based on a charge accumulation amount inside an oil-filled electric apparatus.
SOLUTION: First, a charge potential is measured to calculate a charge density Qa/S of the solid insulator by flowing a test oil onto a new solid insulator of the current standard. Then, a charge potential is measured in a state of a flow charge phenomenon being generated, by flowing the same test oil onto the new solid insulator of the current standard, to calculate a charge density Qo/S of the solid insulator. And an amount of furfural generated and an average degree of polymerization are measured to acquire in advance a solid insulator degradation correction characteristic. Next, using an insulating oil sampled from a transformer to be diagnosed, a charge density Qdo/S is calculated similarly to the above, and amounts of generated furfural, or generated carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are measured. Then, a degradation correction coefficient K1 is calculated using the solid insulator degradation correction characteristic, the coefficient K1 corresponding for the amount of furfural generated from the insulating oil sampled from the transformer to be diagnosed. The charge density Qdo/S is multiplied by the degradation correction coefficient K1, and a charge density Qdt of a press board of a transformer to be diagnosed is calculated.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
