<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a arch-shaped reinforced truss for tunnel construction which can be produced by automatic welding with ease. <P>SOLUTION: The arch-shaped truss comprises a first reinforcement, two second reinforcements, and two lattice reinforcements. The first reinforcement and the two second reinforcements are arranged in parallel to form a right triangle from the front view. Corrugated two lattice reinforcements are welded at each one bend to both sides of the same portion of the first reinforcement with phases of the lattice reinforcements aligned. An intermediate portion of each lattice reinforcement is welded to each second reinforcement respectively, and a portion of each lattice reinforcement, which is closer to the other bend than the welded portion to the second reinforcement, is bent inward and distal ends of the other bends of each lattice reinforcement are welded together to be fixed. The bends of the connected lattice reinforcements form the same plane and are curved so that the first reinforcement is positioned inside of an arch and the second reinforcements are positioned outside of the arch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
