<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposition coating apparatus with which the electrodeposition liquid is recycled by eliminating foreign matters, such as dirt and iron dust settling out an electrodeposition tank, and preventing an electrodeposition coating component from settling out. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrodeposition coating apparatus in which a car body W, placed and held on a conveying hanger H and conveyed, is immersed in the electrodeposition liquid 1 filled in the electrodeposition tank 2 and recycled, and electrodeposition coating is given to the car body W, a hopper 7 which collects the electrodeposition liquid 1 is provided at an opening 6 of a horizontal section 5b in contact with a tank inlet side inclined section 5a, and: a plurality of bottom jet nozzles 10 provided on a bottom face 5 except for the hopper 7 and spouting the electrodeposition liquid 1 toward the bottom face 5 of the tank inlet side; a first side face jet nozzle 14 provided in the vicinity of the both side faces 3 and 4 of the electrodeposition tank 2 near the downstream of the hopper 7, and spouting the electrodeposition liquid 1, toward the car body W conveyed and approaching, in a direction inclined to the tank inlet side; and a plurality of second side face jet nozzles 15 provided in the vicinity of the both side faces 3 and 4 of the electrodeposition tank 2 on the downstream of the first side face jet nozzle 14 and spouting the electrodeposition liquid 1, toward the car body W conveyed and leaving, in a direction inclined to the tank outlet side, are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
