<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curing resin composition that is reliably prevented from gelating just after preparation, thereby easily and reliably carrying out coating and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curing resin composition comprises (A) a compound containing a thiol group, (B) a compound having two or more carbon-carbon double bonds, and an aminoalkylphenone-based photoinitiator. The transparency material comprises a cured material obtained by irradiating the ultraviolet-curing resin composition with ultraviolet light to cure the resin composition.
