<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a stainproof coating agent composition for easily providing high stainproof to wall paper or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The stainproof coating agent composition contains aqueous dispersion of the following component (1), and the following component (2). The component (1) is vinyl-urethane copolymer that has a vinyl-based polymer chain part and urethane-based polymer chain part and where the vinyl-based polymer chain part is bonded to the urethane-based polymer chain part via a connection part having bonding to silicon atoms and oxygen atoms.
