<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a game player from misidentifying generation of a special game state by reducing when variable display of identification information in a display device is stopped due to an error such as noise, the variable display is stopped at identification information announcing the generation of the special game state. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes a display unit in which a variable display game for variably displaying a plurality of identification information is executed based on establishment of a predetermined starting condition, and a game control device which controls the execution of the variable display game, and can generate a special game state which provides a privilege to the game player in response to a result of the variable display game.
