The device has a rivet (18) in the form of a single piece with a head (20) at a front end of a rod and made of aluminum alloy or titanium. The rod comprises portions along a longitudinal axis. An assembling portion (21) is arranged contiguous to the head and traverses structural elements (1, 1'). A plastically deformable crimping portion (19) extends the assembling portion opposite to the head. Outer diameter of the crimping portion is less than or equal to an outer diameter of the assembling portion. The rod comprises a traction portion (22) provided with transversal peripheral grooves (24).
