<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cell expansion of adherent cells from placenta or adipose tissues, and a method for a therapeutic use thereof (for example, the therapeutic use thereof for a hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or the like). <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method of cell expansion including culturing adherent cells from placenta or adipose tissues under three-dimensional culturing conditions, which support cell expansion, and a method for producing a conditioned medium including collecting the conditioned medium of the expanded cultured adherent cells, thereby producing the conditioned medium.
