<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of preventing a lever from coming off from a housing. <P>SOLUTION: The connector is provided with an insulating housing 30, into which a cable is inserted, and a lever 60 movably attached to a lever mounting portion formed in the housing 30. The lever mounting portion is defined by a bottom wall portion 34e and a pair of vertical wall portions 34a, formed on both widthwise sides of the housing 30 in the bottom wall portion 34e, so that the lever 60 attached to the housing 30 is positioned at an upper portion. The lever mounting portion opens at upper portion and at an end side, which the cable is inserted or pulled out. A pivot shaft 61 is provided at the lever 60, and a bearing 35a, which houses the pivot shaft 61 is formed in the lever mounting portion formed in the housing 30. Further, a holding metal fitting 70, which covers an upper side and an end side, which the cable is inserted or pulled out, of the pivot shaft 61 housed in the bearing 35a, is provided in the housing 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
