<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining tool for finishing capable of obtaining an excellent machining surface with high efficiency by combining an advantage of a grinding tool electrodeposited or brazed with abrasive grains with an advantage of a cutting tool. <P>SOLUTION: The machining tool for finishing includes a cylindrical pedestal 12 mounted with a rotary shaft 11, a grinding wheel 13 formed of many abrasive grains 13a electrodeposited or brazed at an entire periphery of an outer peripheral surface of the pedestal 12, and a cutting part 14 formed at a portion at the circumference of the grinding wheel part 13 and formed with a cutting blade 14a at a tip. A step G is formed between tips of the abrasive grains 13a and a tip of the cutting blade 14a during rotation. The tip of the cutting blade 14a is made higher than the tips of the abrasive grains 13a.
