<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Roman shade reducible in the front-rear dimension of a head rail while reducing the operation load of lifting cords for operating cloths fitted to the front and rear of the head rail. <P>SOLUTION: A first winding drum 26 is disposed at a lower part in the head rail 12, and a second winding drum 28 is disposed at an upper part in the head rail 12. The axis position of the second winding drum 28 is shifted to the rear side of the head rail 12 from the axis position of the first winding drum 26, and a second drum receiver 32 is disposed inclining with respect to a first drum receiver 30.
