<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip accurately performing temperature control of an aqueous solution containing a DNA, and having low heat capacity without a "kink" by wind, and to provide a temperature controller without producing the "kink". <P>SOLUTION: The disk type biochip is a biochip obtained by superposing upper and lower two parts, and including a concave-convex shape which forms a reaction vessel, a storage vessel, and a flow channel, and is installed symmetrically in the upper part and lower part. The temperature controller is designed to heat or cool the disk type biochip with air, and includes blowoff ports for equally blowing the wind at the controlled temperature and air flow from the upper and lower sides on the upper and lower surfaces of the disk type biochip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
