<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive rotary display apparatus that achieves smooth rotation. <P>SOLUTION: A rotation support mechanism 40A rotatably supports a first housing 20 with respect to a second housing 30. The rotation support mechanism 40A includes a first housing-side support member 50A, a second housing-side support member 60A, a rotation center-side guide pin 70 and a rotation regulation-side guide pin 75. The second housing-side support member 60A includes a linear vertical guide groove 62 and a rotation regulation guide groove 64. The first housing-side support member 50A includes a sub-vertical guide groove 52A that opens larger than the diameter of the rotation center-side guide pin 70, has a curved shape that protrudes from an opening center to the periphery thereof, and extends upward from an upper end of the vertical guide groove 62 when the first housing 20 is rotated.
