<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for repelling a harmful animal with a rational structure, that is capable of effectively repelling the harmful animal by making a loud explosion sound and smoke of gunpowder by impacting and exploding the gunpowder used for a warning gun. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for repelling the harmful animal includes: a long base 11 that a bottom end thereof is disposed as a piercing part 11a; a rod-shaped push rod 20 that impacts on the gunpowder by using one end thereof; a guide part 30 that guides the push rod 20 to be movable; an impact receiving part 40 that receives the impact from the push rod 20 to the gunpowder 10; a spring 50 that gives biasing force to the push rod 20; a release lever 60 that a locking part 61 locking the push rod 60 at a locked part 25 and being pivotally attached to a midway part 62 is disposed at one side, and an installation part 63 of a filamentous material is disposed at the other side; a spring 70 that gives the biasing force to a direction which the locking part 61 locks the release lever 60 at the locked part 25; and an exterior member 80 that covers at least a part where the gunpowder 10 is filled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
