<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery-driven, small electric blind rivet setting device that dispenses with a pathway for recovering broken mandrels to be provided in a motor shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A recovery container 10 is provided in a tool housing 27 axially forward of an electric motor 13, and a spindle 14 which rotates because of the rotation of a driveshaft 18 connected to the electric motor as circumventing the recovery container is axially movingly connected to a pulling head (30). The positive rotation, stopping of rotation and reverse rotation of the electric motor are controlled by a pulling operation on a trigger and detecting the axial position of the pulling head due to the rotation of the driveshaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
