<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fraudulent act by preventing initialization processing from being fraudulently performed. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer 560 for game control determines whether an operation signal is input from a clear switch 921 when power supply is started, and determines whether a mechanism plate is in an open state when it is determined that the operation signal is input. Then, on the basis of the determination that the operation signal from the clear switch 921 is input and the mechanism plate is in the open state, the microcomputer 560 for the game control executes the initialization processing of initializing the stored contents of a RAM 55.
