The device has an X-shaped harness that is sewn with a flexible PVC fabric (1) reinforced by a strap (2). Another strap (5) is arranged for lifting the animal. A third strap (6) is provided with tighteners (7) and hooks (11) for maintaining the animal in balance. The X-shaped harness utilizes the PVC fabric to allow maximum ventilation for a sick ox. Length of a fourth strap (3) determines depth of the X-shaped harness.
