PURPOSE: A form panel lift is provided to move up a form panel regardless of height, easily and continuously. CONSTITUTION: A form panel lift comprises a pair of vertical frames(7), a base plate(20), a raising member(30), and a contraction member. The base plate is fixed to the front of the vertical frame and comprises a plurality of grooves(23), which are formed in a width direction. The raising member is attached to the front of the base plate and moves up a form panel. The raising member comprises a pair of raising frames(31) and a plurality of contraction rollers(33). The contraction roller makes the raising members slide on the groove to control the gap between the raising members.
